Which video qualities can I download?
Drop checks the source and shows the available resolutions, including HD and 4K when provided. Best available keeps the highest source resolution. MP4 compatibility can vary by source codec.
Can I save only the audio?
Yes. Choose Audio · MP3 and select 128, 192, or 320 kbps. A higher output bitrate cannot improve the original recording.
Why might a link not work?
Private posts, expired stories, age restrictions, login requirements, region restrictions, and platform changes can prevent downloads. Snapchat support is limited to supported public video links. Drop does not bypass access controls.
Where do my downloads go?
